Q/02Does the Loyalty Card cost anything?+
No, the Loyalty Card is completely free. Get it at the shop and start saving from your first wash.
Q/03Can I wash a duvet? How much does it cost?+
Yes. For duvets and blankets we recommend the 17 kg machine. Standard price is €10. With Loyalty Card it drops to €8, and during Happy Hours (Mon–Thu 8–13h) to just €6.
Q/04Can I pay by credit card?+
Yes, we accept credit/debit card, contactless and cash. No fees.
Q/05Is there a discount for multiple cycles?+
The Loyalty Card discount applies to each cycle individually. For large quantities, call us at +34 634 214 321 and we'll advise you.
